Pink Diamond

Our version of a Raspberry Martini, with a smooth twist


1.5 oz Four Carat Vodka
1 egg white
.75 oz Simple Syrup
.75 oz Lemon Juice
5 each raspberries
1 Scoop ice
Martini Glass


Strain the egg whites into a strainer and shake vigorously. In another shaker, combine all other ingredients and muddle.(Save 2 raspberries for garnish.)
In second shaker, add ice and egg whites from other shaker and shake vigorously.
Combine all ingredients in one tin, add ice and shake vigorously together.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with 2 picked raspberries.
